Hello! Jim Mumford, cookbook author and chemical engineer here, as well as the purveyor of jimcooksfoodgood.com. Given my experience as a chemical engineer and cookbook author of healthy comfort food recipes, I have a unique perspective towards food. I write my cookbooks to house the healthy comfort recipes I've developed.
