Kathleen Collins’s nonfiction books include Watching What We Eat: The Evolution of Television Cooking Shows, Dr. Joyce Brothers: The Founding Mother of TV Psychology, and a memoir, From Rabbit Ears to the Rabbit Hole: A Life with Television. Study in Hysteria is her first novel. She is a professor and librarian at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. Her first novel will be published by Vine Leaves Press in February 2024.
Jill Hammer is a celebrated author, scholar, poet, rabbi, ritualist and dreamworker. The Moonstone Covenant, forthcoming in fall 2024, is her first work of fantasy. I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. After receiving my Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from UC Berkeley, I spent several years working in large high-tech companies, mostly focusing on new communication technology. While in college, I also founded a short-lived local literary magazine.
In my free time, I do what I am told by my wife, children, cats, and dogs, in that order. I also enjoy sailing.
H Nigel Thomas was born in St Vincent. He attended university in Montreal and for ten years was a teacher with the Protestant School Board of Greater Montreal. He is now professor of literature at Laval University. His published works include the novel Spirits in the Dark, which was short-listed for the 1994 Quebec Writers’ Federation Hugh MacLennan Fiction Award; How Loud Can the Village Cock Crow, short fiction; and Moving through Darkness, poetry.
