David Havens

David Havens is a retired Navy SEAL and author of the Mind Body Intake Series: Front Sight Focus, Amphit For Life and The Simple Plan.
David served aboard the USS Richmond K. Turner (CG-20) a Guided Missile Cruiser stationed in Charleston, SC, and deployed to the Persian Gulf in support of Operation Desert Shield/Storm.
He graduated Basic Underwater Demolition SEAL training (BUD/S) in Class 190 and completed multiple deployments to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi freedom (OIF).
Fitness, comedy and motivational speaking are among his passions. David lives in Ohio with his family.
