Cem Eroğul
1960 yılında İstanbul, Saint Joseph Lisesi’nden mezun oldu. 1964 yılında Ankara Üniversitesi Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi’ni bitirdi. Yüksek lisansını 1965 yılında Diplôme d’Etudes supérieures (DES), Faculté de Droit et de Science économique (Paris), doktorasını ise 1969 yılında Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi’nde tamamladı.
1966 yılında Ankara Üniversitesi Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi’nde Anayasa Hukuku asistanı olarak çalışmaya başlayan Eroğul, 1973 yılında aynı fakültede Anayasa Hukuku doçenti oldu. 1982 yılında yine aynı bölümde profesör unvanını aldı. 1983 yılında Ankara Sıkıyönetim Komutanlığı’nın emriyle üniversiteden uzaklaştırıldı. 1990 yılında Danıştay’ın aldığı içtihadı birleştirme kararı uyarınca A.Ü.
