Monica Ramirez a locuit în SUA, unde a publicat nouă cărți de ficțiune. Bucureşteancă, absolventă a Belford University din California cu o diplomă de Creative Writing, membră a EWA (Espionage Writers of America) și a Romanian Crime Writers Club, a debutat cu, The Unwilling Assassin, primul volum din seria de spionaj Alina Marinescu, apărută la editura Blue Ink Waters Press în ordinea care urmează: The Unwilling Assassin, Whispered Identities, Balance of Power, Beyond Smoke and Shadows, Abyss, Requiem for an Assasin. Editura Boson Books i-a publicat cele două romane istorice de dragoste, Intimate Strangers Affair și Kit Black, precum și thriller-ul Blackout.
